Some subjects, which are important to us:

* the house is a NO-SMOKING - house. Please smoke exclusively outside.

* please respect the time between 10pm and 7 am with silence.

* please be aware of the german garbage -recycling- system ( detailed information in the house )

* please leave the kitchen as  found upon arrival

* check-in time  3 pm, if arriving earlier, ask us, if possible......

* check - out time 11 am, if departing later, please let us know and we will try to accomodate
